Download Martigen's Monster Mod 3.73.BSA + the MartsMonsterMod37b3 Public Release esm/esps as well as the Mart's Monster Mod - Diverse WaterLife UPDATE (you will need to replace the one in the esp/esm download). Make them into a BAIN package (you have to rename the mmm.bsa you downloaded to FCOM_Convergence_Mart's Monster Mod.bsa) :
